Hey Tay! hope all is well! Things here are going really good! Everybody's already started planning things out for Winter Formal. It's gonna be awesome this year, the theme is "fairytale" or something like that. 

Today was the grand opening for our new SUPER WAL-MART!! yaaaaayyyy lol it was ok..a lil weird cuz people started chanting "wal-mart! wal-mart!" it was great. we played pep band for it too...so we had to be there at 7:30, what a joy!! lol i wish you could've been here today..you would've had fun with Chelsea, Caitlyn, Keely & me. we wandered through the toy section & looked at all the board games they have & laughed at how dumb we were being but it was pretty fun all in all.

I'm hosting a German student again this year, her name's Kristin & she's gorgeous!!! i know you would've been mackin up on her!! haha she's so nice & we've got a lot in common. I'm going to stay with her this summer over in Germany, now THAT will be interesting. my mom doesn't think i'll come up with the money to go but i'm starting at Hardeez soon so by the end of the year i'll have enough!

But i just stopped in to tell you how everything's been going lately. so i will talk to you later hun!

Long Time--No Talk  / Shorty (Mom)

Hey Buddy!!

I know it has been quite some time since I have been up here but, it is not because I have not thought every second about you.  Today of course is a very important day.  You were never one to dwell on it so I won't do that here either.  Keep your eye and hands on Pooh Bear and Mrs. Persson today as they begin a new year together.  Also, keep an eye on Myne Sis.  So far she is doing great but always can use your assistance.  We still talk about "Myne Sister give me a hug".  Of course it is also on her license plate for all to know.  If you have time stop here for a second to chat with everyone and let us know what you are doing.

I have to go get ready for work now.

Back to School  / Glo
Well we did our 9th annual back-to-school party and now our 9th annual back-to-school shopping.  You kids are getting to be typical teenagers when it comes to shopping have to LOOK GOOD.  I will be glad when August 29th comes and you guys all leave for school.  Even though our schedules will become busier- so will yours.  Mande and Greg drove to Minot yesterday.  We always knew this time would come when our kids would be driving us not only CRAZY but to our destination.  You would have been right in there also, no denying that.  While in JC Penneys yesterday, in the jean department, I though of the time you, Scott and Greg all wore the same size and dashed through the store to see who could get the jeans first.  Of course, Scott won, but that didn't stop you guys from trying to get the pants from him.  Fun times.  

Say, Tay, it's time again to clean my rain gutters once again and Greg would really like it if you would help him.  You two have always done it in the past and it has been two years since we've done it.  So you want to help him and again no horsing around like you've done before.  You know Greg is scared of heights.

Hey Kiddo--you know what today is right?...That's right, you've got it...the 9th annual Anderson-Barke-Beard-Esterby-Jordan-Nelson back to school party.  This year Amanda took the bull by the horns and organized it (with Glo and my help of course)!  It should be a blast.  Come join us--that is if you are not chasing too many babe's!!  We will have all the fave's there--monster cookies, burgers, hotdogs and of course the two main courses--SMORES and GREEN SALAD!!
I suppose I need to hobble around and start to get ready more.

Ready For Idaho  / Shorty (Mom)

Hey Bud!!  Are you ready to go to Idaho?  Or are you going to Canada.  No, I know you are going to stay and play hearts with Uncle Marv.  What ever you do let us know you are with us.  It will be a blast I think and I know you will have fun with what ever you are doing.  While we are gone Aunty Glo is going to be watching over you so don't get into any trouble.  I need to go to bed as morning is going to come very early!!

Long Trip Today...  / Shorty (Mom)
And next Friday!!  I am sure you remember those.  The trip to camp Wilderness, or should I say to the ER (2 times) and the ambulance ride to Fargo!!  You and Dave sure got some good "quality" time in there!  How about the summer of '04 when you convinced your dad and I that you could handle your diabetes and go to IMC without any supervision.  I know you had a great time...we saw the pictures and have heard the talk!!  David still talks about the braidings.  Well that is where Dad and I are off to today buddy.  Pooh is in Minnesota with Grandpa Buddy and Grandma Lois and we need to go get Amanda (that is what she wants to be called now!) from camp.  I am sure you are looking down at her in amazement to see her grow up and "start" to become more girl like.   Nice swimsuit huh!!  Don't worry Greg will screen all the guys for you and if he doesn't I am sure Marv or Chris will gladly help!!  

I have to go bud as I am not quite ready yet and we need to get going.  Just remember I think of you every second of every minute of every day!!
